- How do I purchase music releases?
- Browse our catalog on the Music page, add releases to your cart, and checkout securely via Stripe. Once purchased, you can download your music in lossless WAV and access it from your account.
- What are the benefits of membership?
- Signal and Forge memberships are focused on crates: full crate access (bypassing the community claim pool) plus lossless WAV crate downloads. Purchases stay in your account forever, and you can re-download anytime.
- What file formats do you offer?
- We deliver lossless WAV audio. Crates are available as lossless WAV when you have access (claimed, included with membership, or purchased). Music releases are downloadable as lossless WAV when purchased.
- Do I keep access to purchased releases?
- Yes! All purchases stay in your account forever. You can re-download your music anytime, from anywhere. Your purchase history is saved permanently in your account dashboard.
- What is your refund policy?
- Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you encounter any issues. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
- How can I submit music for release?
- We're always looking for new talent. Reach out through our contact form with a demo submission. Include links to your work and a brief introduction. We review all submissions carefully.
- What are TECHNE Crates?
- TECHNE Crates are curated collections of audio samples created by real producers. Each crate contains high-quality sounds organized by minutes, packs, and volumes — designed for next-generation music production. Visit /crates to browse.
- How do I access crates?
- Crates are available on Techne.fm. Community members can claim some crates while a community claim pool remains. Signal and Forge include all crates and bypass the community claim pool.
- Do my accounts sync between techne.fm and crates.techne.fm?
- Yes! Your account works across both platforms. Sign in with the same credentials on either site, and your membership tier, purchases, and downloads are accessible from both.
