- What are the benefits of membership?
- Signal and Forge memberships are focused on crates: full crate access (bypassing the community claim pool) plus lossless WAV crate downloads. Purchases stay in your account forever, and you can re-download anytime.
- What file formats do you offer?
- We deliver lossless WAV audio. Crates are available as lossless WAV when you have access (claimed, included with membership, or purchased). Music releases are downloadable as lossless WAV when purchased.
- Do I keep access to purchased releases?
- Yes! All purchases stay in your account forever. You can re-download your music anytime, from anywhere. Your purchase history is saved permanently in your account dashboard.
- What is your refund policy?
- Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you encounter any issues. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

- How do I access crates?
- Crates are available on Techne.fm. Community members can claim some crates while a community claim pool remains. Signal and Forge include all crates and bypass the community claim pool.
- Where can I find and download crates?
- Crates are available directly on Techne.fm. Visit the Crates section to browse, claim, or purchase sample packs — your membership tier, purchases, and downloads are all managed from your account here.
- Are TECHNE samples royalty-free?
- TECHNE samples are royalty-free for use in your own musical productions, including commercial releases, under the TECHNE sample license. Resale, redistribution, or repackaging of the samples themselves is not permitted.
